You need to understand that landlords are running a business and can discriminate against people with vouchers. The reason is vouchers only pay about 60 - 80% of regular market rents and landlords refuse to take a loss. If you can afford to pay the 20 - 40% difference in rent every month, landlords will accept you.

The law says landlords cannot discriminate against source of income BUT they can discriminate if that source of income does not pay full market rents.
