I would definitely hire an agent, you probably think of course I would say that. Let me explain, an agent or broker that has experience selling co-ops usually has a list of buyers already and know other agents they can call in that usually has buyers as well. Another thing is, co-ops are difficult to sell on your own because you have to work closely with the buyer, lawyers, co-op management and lender to get the buyer through successfully. With buyers looking to purchase a co-op there's not much room for error in their financials and credit. ... more

If you are a broker there are feeds you can set up from your internal website/MLS. If you have a lot of listings that type of arrangement might be more efficient than individual uploads. ... more
