We are moving from New York to Ft Lauderdale......well rated movers are movers are scarce. Our furniture and electronics are valued at about $20,000. The moving company wants $2000. for full insurance coverage. Are there any "real" options?

I've been able to successfully complete this transaction for multiple clients. It is possible but difficult do to it also being a primary residence.

Are you buying from the sponsor? If yes, then they have a right to know, besides it will be in the contract. If this is a resale, then why are you speaking with the sponsor?
