East End ave is like living in a small suburban oasis in the city. The promenade, Carl Shutz park are wonderful respites from city life offering safe biking, running and walking or skating. A great place for a dog as well. If you like quiet, this is the place to be. There are express buses that go directly to Wall Street or you can get the Lexington ave subway. The cons are that there is a possibility that there will be a marine transfer station on 91st street. I would stay at least a couple of blocks away from the proposed site although it looks like it may not happen. ... more

Hi Pamela,

JUNIOR-4 - An apartment with a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. The fourth room (dining area), originally part of the living-room, can sometimes be converted into a 2nd bedroom by installing a pressure wall with a door.
A Junior-4 can have 1 bath, 1.5 Baths or 2 full baths. Generally, it is expected that a Junior-4 would be less expensive than 2BR, still it can function as a 2-bedroom.

Best regards,

It should not be a problem placing your name on the deed, but it is best to consult with your real estate attorney.
