I used Hauseit to sell my one bedroom coop in Brooklyn. There were many brokers and friends who tried to scare me away from doing it myself and insisted brokers would get me a premium because of their marketing prowess. The photographer Hauseit sent was great and I had a good idea of what my apartment could fetch so I didn't inflate the price of my apartment. After studying other listings, I wrote my own description, made some floor plan and building amenity sheets and was ready to go. If you did not return a copy of the agreement then you don't have an exclusive at all. Be happy they are willing to do 3 Mos, work hard, hopefully sell it and show them how good a job you are doing if it is not sold so you can get a renewal. ... more

No. TriBeCa is still a very solid neighborhood with a scarce amount of availability, so the demand is high. It's a sellers market and a great time for you to put your home on the market.

If I can be of assistance, please let me know!
