Lower Manhattan is the new hot place to live. West Village, Tribeca and Soho are already very established, but even financial district is starting to come around. Seaport has drastically improved (new resturants along front street + Beekman Beer Garden) , Stone Street is adding new restaurants/bars and World Trade Center/Fulton Street hub is only going to help. ... more
