ZZ, did the real estate professional, their brokers and the home seller disclose to you that by using the internet to advertise the home, the homes data would be displayed to strangers FOREVER? Interior images, possibly the floor plan, location of the kids rooms are....such hazard and peril could have been avoided, without effecting the sale of the home, but the seller choose to proceed with creating such conditions.

Were you advised, was it disclosed to you that such perial had been created?

Contact your attorney and hold the agents, brokers and former owner accountable.

I think the best thing you can do would be to call the local Police department and ask them. They would be the ones to know the answer to that question. Flemington is trully a lovely place and bear in mind that Liberty Village is just on the other side of Brown street so you have the ability to walk a short distance for shopping and restaurants. Listing with an agent gives you resources that you as an individual would not have easy access to. Most agents and companies provide similar services. It really is a job intervew and you decide who you are most comfortable with. Marketing is expensive especially in these times and the larger companies provide more resources to their agents than a truely independent realtor that fronts all of his or hers marketing. Brand names are somewhat important as to volume of listings and sales. Experience is important as well as the demographic area the agent covers. Myself I have been in real estate for over 17 years, I have a brokers license in both NJ/PA and personally belong to The Leigh Valley, Trend and Leigh Valley. I continually market in these areas. I would also search the web sites ie google, truila, zillow , face book, etc to see if the realtor is connected to these as well, News print is a dinasaur and no longer a major player. There are even more advantages in marketing that I could discuss with NO obligation, or pressure 17 yrs an dgoing strong good luck 908-875-9036 ... more
