I am wondering how you found the information for the local preschools so quickly! I would love to be able to find a preschool in my area that has a good curriculum for my children. I don't even know where t begin!

Dear Home Buyer,

Townhomes near James Madison Intermediate schools:
The Oaks
The Maples
Heatherwood villas

Townhomes near J P Stevens:
All of above;
Village Pointe
Village Gate
The Enclave

Moreover, I would recommed to confirm the same with Edison Board of Education at 732-452-4900 before you choose your home. The district sometimes may change schools depending on student population or student count, school space etc,.

We do tons of business in North Edison. Please contact me at my cell# 732-277-9321. My cell phone is ON from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm-SEVEN days a week.

Hope to hear from you soon,

I believe that Heatherwood Villas townhomes go to James Madison Primary and Imtermediate schools.

The Edison township Board of Education does not privide a "formal" map of school districts, and the district lines are not straighforward (they zig-zag around a bit). SOmetimes the listing Realtor does not put the schools into the listing either so sometimes it's hard to tell.

However, I know most of the boundaries (meaning streets) and if i am not sure, I always call the Board of Ed to determine if the street is in a specific school district.

Give me a call or drop me an email and let me kmow what you are looking for, and I will be happy to help you. I am a resident of Edison since 1983 and know the area pretty well.

As a real estate agent, it is always my policy to call the Edison Bd of Ed to find out the districts a particular house is in if I am not sure and/or my clients need to know. (I have lived here since 1983 but when they rezoned the districts a few years back, the lines got muddled). I also recommend you ask about bussing to schools since they have also dramatically changed the number of "free bussing" areas. Many areas are drive only, or there is always subscription bussing available in most areas if you can't drive kids to school.

That being said, if you aren't using a real estate agent already, I would be happy to help you out.

He is currently looking at Starpoint at Piscataway or Traditions at South Plainfield , but those community were so popular that he has not been able to catch one yet ...
