Hello Sainj. Are you still considering Bordentown? I have lived in the Township since 1985. My daughter lives in the City. It's great area. The schools are good, it's an easy commute to just about anywhere. and its peaceful and safe.

Depends on if you have kids or not? Bordentown's PMS School (Pre K to 3) has 9 out of 10 rating and it's excellent over Florence. Rest of all seems similar to me.

Are selling your home by owner? If so, we do not permit FSBO's to upload their homes to Trulia and wish you good luck. However, as some have mentioned, there are many benefits to selling a home via a licensed real estate agent/broker.

Clarification:

There are many ways for agents and brokers to submit their listings directly to Trulia for free. Some Franchises, Brokerages and MLSs send us their listings via a direct feed. Agents can also manually enter there listings for free one by one via single listing submit.

While others choose to use third party syndication sites like a Listhub or Postlets, which may have fees associated with that process.

I left a link below in the web reference section that shows you how to submit your listings.

Here's the point if anyone really cares....

Words are tossed about/used..costly research...comprehensive study...the facts are...

(Yes this is how this costly comprehensive study was done)

The NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers is a SURVEY and the costly research is this..

"NAR mailed an eight-page questionnaire in August 2008 to a national sample of 133,000 home buyers and sellers who purchased their homes between July 2007 and June 2008, according to county records. It generated 10,053 usable responses; the adjusted response rate was 7.9 percent. All information is characteristic of the 12-month period ending in June 2008 with the exception of income data, which are for 2007. Because of rounding and omissions for space, percentage distributions for some findings may not add up to 100 percent. "

and that's NAR press release posted on their site which I linked to earlier....this comprehensive study and the other Homebuyer profiles were based on questionaires which were sent out and less than 8% of the people responded and the info is based on that response...Comprehensive?

As far as NAR being a "professional organization for licensed professionals"

Nar is an organization that if you have a RE license you can join...Possessing an RE license does NOT make someone a Professional nor does it magically make someone know what they are talking about.

Is someone suggesting they test applicants for their knowledge in order to join, do they turn people away or do they take your dues and presto you are a Professional?

One thing I know is true is they do not test for Reading Comprehension...

Get off the high horse, I belong to NAR therefore I must be a Professional and I possess expertise is just ridiculous...It's that kind of yadda yadda bla blah that get's the public to think....

What a bunch of BSers...

There are many many excellent Realtors but since any one with an RE license and the ability to pay dues can join there are also many many Realtors that prove daily that membership does not equal expertise or the ability to think.....

Some Realtors keep referring consumers to the NAR site and info perhaps they should read thru/check the info on the site themselves.....

You prospect FSBOs and call it sharing comprehensive info no wonder consumers often are LOL......

Homebuyer: Having owned property in Bordentown City for over 25 years, I can tell you that the building department, manned by state staffers, is really very accommodating to the average Joe or Jane. While the building codes are state based, local enforcement varies according to the interest of the enforcement people and the problems of the community.

My advice: Go to the office during hour and ask the person(s) who will be determining what is in the code. Simple enough?
