Hello Vspner1, you did not include an address or link to know what auction company. Some auctions require cashiers check and you may be fooled by the really low starting bid price. Most homes are selling at the market value because of low inventory and many buyers.
You will need a cashiers check or a pre-approval letter to be able to meet an agent to view and submit offers on any homes of your choice. Is the purchase you are considering a primary residence or investment?
