Both are historic homes from the late 1600's, linked by Kings Highway on up to Princeton. Lot sizes are much smaller in Haddonfield, and Camden County taxes are higher for comparable homes. More land, several newer developments, upscale shopping at Centerton Square Mall are advantages offered Moorestown. There are many nice areas near Moorestown, including Moorestown, that have shopping, cafes, restaurants and night life. There are great malls in Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Deptford and Voorhees. Restaurants galore in Collingswood and Cherry Hill, and beautiful historical downtowns in Moorestown and Haddonfield. Confer with real estate attorney or your buyers agent.

I would never recommend any of my buyers do anything to a home TILL they personally owned it many issues like this can happen then you could be stuck with the bill.
