So I assume you've had no offers? If that is the case, your pricing should reflect your motivation for selling and moving on. If you need to sell asap for financial reasons, I would consider lowering the price now by at least 5-15% if you've had no offers...I'm giving a range not knowing your specific numbers. If you have no strong need to sell, then hold off for another few weeks while also having your agent put on a few open houses for exposure.
