If your intent is to sell your condo, do those things in alignment with that goal. Being the provider of information of interest to others does not advance that goal.

It really depends on how you want to spend your time and resources. A BUYER is entitled to this data, a tire kicker is not.

In NJ the Law states that a real estate commission transaction is only earned at closing of title.
All deposits moneys are in escrow account until the closing of title.
So no Real Estate Agent will get is commission if is no closing.

Document everything. Next time make certain it is a contingency on your offer and take pictures before and after; esp. if you are under contract. Special note: Theft occur all the time; during and after closing.

Various areas around the country have different time lines for these phases. Regardless of the timeline, when any property goes into pre-foreclosure, the possiblity of that borrower keeping the property is severely limited.
