Also, understand that you will never get the appreciation in value on a condo/townhouse that you would get from a house not part of the planned community.
As long as the builder is building .... nobody will want to buy your house. Why buy a lived in house, when the builder will sell you a brand new one for $5,000 more ..... or even perhaps $5,000 less than what you paid for yours.

Hi Vik, I've had buyers gravitate to Woodbridge and Iselin given the choice. The decision will ultimately be yours, and based on what you determine is a best fit. But from a proximity to highways and public transportation, this overall area has much to offer. And yes, there are town home opportunities to consider.

Just did a quick search of all single family homes in all of Woodbridge township (including Avenel, Colonia, Fords, Woodbridge proper) searching homews built from 2000 up. There are about 7 homes but they are listed fron $375,000 to $399,900. All are 4 bedrooms and at least 2.5 baths, 1 car garages, and all but 2 have basements.
