You can create an account and go from there. I would suggest using a professional when selling a home. It is the biggest money transaction you probably will ever deal with and they not only could list your home but also get you so much more exposure than just this site! Check out my blog I have listed some very interesting facts about home sales and selling FSBO.
Good Luck

The others have it right - yes, it costs money to do it - the same is true to feature listings on sites like Zillow and Realtor.com. Some brokerages assist their agents with this - others do not, but regardless of how it is done, there is a cost involved for this increased exposure. ... more

It depends on multiple factors: house location, condition, price and marketing. If your house is priced right and public sees it as the right price it will sell very quickly. Pricing is an art not a science any longer. There are a lot of factors that are going into pricing your home RIGHT which will help to sell it fast and with multiple offers. ... more

Per Trulia:

"If you are a home owner and wish to submit your listing to Trulia for sale, please note that we don't accept FSBO listing submissions at this time. However if you are working with a full-service or flat-fee listing agent or broker, he or she can submit your listing to us.

If you are a home owner and wish to submit your listing to Trulia for rent, you will need to indicate that you are a landlord in your Trulia profile in order to submit your listing to us.

Both submission options can be found at http://www.trulia.com/submit_listings/."

Good luck with the realtor of your choice.

Sylvia, You've gotten the best answer you're ever going to get. IMHO anyone hiring an agent in the area Gregory Bain works that does not hire him is a fool.

There are people who have a RE license and there are Professionals. If you don't really have anything to say then Blogs are a good place to say it. If you are a Professional then you can answer questions in a spam-filled venue like this so consumers can see that some agents do have substance. People who actually buy notice things like that.

Gregory, thanks again for reminding me there are still a few Professionals in your industry, you prove that a honest person will always be a Professional no matter what Profession they choose.
