You can not add a Realtor now unless you want to pay them out of your pocket. You also probably lost the ability to negotiate closing costs or a better deal.

I am challenging my assesment, and they are looking for 2009 comps. that is the year they are referencing. That are not interested in current comps. One of my investment properties is assessed for $30k more than I paid for it.

Short sales all stand alone as each person is at times they close within 45 days other homes can take months to close.
