When it comes to residential Real Estate the only option most people ask about is the opportunity to rent with an option to buy. The purpose of this option is to give a prospective buyer the time to come up with financing (whether it is simply accumulating a down payment, getting a salary increase, waiting for inheritance, selling another property, etc.).
