Different sized houses can be on different sized lots. In addition The smaller could be more money if it has a waterview or more useable space for a building enevelope. For example a 5 acre lot could have 4 acres on wetlands. You really need to call a local Realtor and go the site with the engineered plans for each lot and take a detailed look at what is being offered. Good Luck ... more

i do not see why not. It does not state anything in the MLS listing info, stating that the property will not qualify for FHA loan. I hope this is helpful. Yanni

Michael is correct that the condo fees are $175 and cover what he stated, but since the property is not built, the condo fees are estimated and the condo documents are not available yet.
