Unfortunately, when you see the realtytrac logo, you can be pretty sure that the listing is more designed to get you to buy their "service" than it is to help you buy the property.

You can find properties entering and already in the foreclosure process for free in MA. You just search the appropriate registry of deeds for things like Notice of Foreclosure and other foreclosure related documents. It can take a year or more for a foreclosed property to get listed with a real estate professional for sale.
