John,

The unit you are inquiring about is located in one of my favorite little communities quietly tucked away near Old Port Cove and Lost Tree on Jack Nicklaus Boulevard (PGA) before it heads over to the white sands of Singer Island. Easy access to the areas best shopping and restaurants along PGA Boulevard and US1. Close to the amazing beaches in Jupiter/Juno Beach and Singer Island. If you are an outdoor enthusiast the John D MacArther Beach State Park is one of our areas hidden treasures. A day in your kayak around these waters and you will be lost in an island in time just a minute or so from your home in Twelve Oaks. And access it downtown West Palm Beach is very easy; maybe 20 minutes down US1.

There are a couple different product types available in Twelve Oaks and we currently have three listings with 8 sales over the past year so inventory like most locations is very low. We have a complete analysis of the unit you inquired available so please feel free to reach out to us if we can be of any help at all.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.

Cedars,

Your commute should be between 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. If traffic is particularly bad, it could be more. Depending on your budget, i might suggest Santa Clarita for locating your home. It would cut the commute significantly. I would enjoy consulting with you.

I commute from Old Tappan to mid town Manhattan, east side, and I have found that the easiest way to commute is to drive across the Tappan Zee bridge to either Tarrytown or Irvington NY, and take the Metro North train to grand central. I happen to work just a block from grand central. So this works well for me. Other people take the rockland coach bus that goes through Old Tappan, but that may not be best for commuting to the east side. ... more

Raj answered:
Hi All,

I have a question regarding commute from Livingston to NYC. I have some idea about bus commute (coach 77) and Jitney shuttle service from Livingston mall.

Can I get nonresident parking @ near by train stations – Maplewood/ South Orange / Summit / Madison / Chatham? If yes is it easy to get during peak houses (7 to 9 AM)

I heard the all coach 77 buses will not stop in Livingston mall while going to NYC. Is it true?

Thanks in advance.

Raj.

Because of Fair Housing Laws, we can't answer that question. -- However, I always recommend that you visit the area on your own and see if it fits your needs. -- For example, if you will be getting home on the EL around 6:00pm, go there at that time to see if you feel safe. -- Most EL stops have added security these days, however, you should always practice safe habits wherever you travel. -- To learn more, just call me at 847-533-7115 or email MeyersRealty1@gmail.com.
