The walk score is nonsense!
What is walkable depends on YOUR lifestyle and how much time you want to spend walking!
If you have enough time....every place is walk able.
If you have pre-school children at home, a park with a playground should be part of the calculation and if the home is to be occupied by folks of advanced years the closest CVS may have significant value.
A Walkable Home is best determined by the LIFESTYLE and NEEDs of the occupant.

Diane, luckily for you there are so many shops, restaurants, and activities only 10 to 15 minutes from this home. Many people have found this location to be perfect for their lifestyle. New Paltz is a great combination of having the amenities of a large town or city, but so close to the things that make living in the country so relaxing. ... more
