Electric is typically not included in the rent. However, water and other amenities may be included in some complexes.

Best advise would be to contact the listing agent to confirm what is included in the rent. Or try working with a local Realtor help you with your rental search. ... more

I am not aware of any mass transit near this home. I used to live close to here and buses just don't go that far.

The home is about 25 minutes to the heart of downtown Raleigh. I live right there, so let me know if you have any other questions about the immediate area.

If you will be working at Butner's Federal Prison, you'll have plenty of choices as well.
The Top Agent in that area is Wallace Peiffer with Coldwell Banker Advantage. I highly recommend you reach out to him. That area is his "back yard." His Cell/Text is 919.302.1215

Andilee625,
Please check out the home search tool I have on my website www.PremiereTriangleHomes.com. This search tool will allow you to search by so many different variables such as proximity to schools, restaurants, places of worship, entertainment and so much more. You really could go wild using this search tool. I encourage you to check it out if you need to find out how close a particular home is to grocery stores, hospitals, gas stations or any other place of interest. Hope you find this useful!

Regards,

/Mark

The beltline makes getting to stores, malls, and restaurants easy. There are also a great amount of greenways that connect the city for means of travel or pleasure.

If you are talking about downtown Raleigh, I generally park someplace (road or parking garage) and get around on foot. The shops are centrally located (Glenwood South, Warehouse District, Fayetteville Street, Moore Square). Another thing to keep in mind is that parking downtown is free after 5pm and on weekends! ... more
