You are absolutely right because people are confused a lot while picking up a title for their writings. Some prefer essay writing service reviews to get suggestions.

The Sparks Agency answered:
Hi, I am broker and a father of two children in the Beverly Hills school district. Its important to make sure when you are looking at properties in Beverly Hills that are in the right zip code. 90210 is actually the post office and is not part of the Beverly Hills school district. 90211 or 90212 are the best area codes.

There is low inventory in Beverly Hills now. There are some sellers that might be selling off market now but a lot of it is finding the right price.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me either regarding the Beverly Hills school district or properties in Beverly Hills.

Best,

Andrew Sparks, MBA Broker

You don't apply, you have to live in the neighborhood to be eligible. No more opportunity permit programs to non-Beverly Hills residents.

You must live in Beverly Hills School District. As an example, my children live in Beverly Hills, 90210, but are in LA Schools. I live in Beverly Hills 90212, and am in Beverly Hills school. You need to find an agent who knows exactly where the boundries lie and have access to good leases.

If you need help, please call me, Ann Dashiell, The Agency, 424 230 3752. Thank you very much,

I see your question has so far been answered by real estate agents, which too often is conflicted at best.

As an active PTA legislative chair, I go up to Sacramento as well as attend local conferences.

LAUSD, though it has some good pocket schools, overall is a nightmare...and getting worse, with no end in sight. Even if you get into a great elementary school, you will need to transfer...then what?

One needs to look at communities who are there own municipalities, with there own police, fire & schools...utilities are a good idea as well.

Some of the best elementary schools are in Burbank, Glendale & South Pasadena. Glendale is the only community who hedged against the times b putting prop S through for school infrastructure and has raised $250,000,000. Glendale also has multiple language immersion programs including, Japanese, Korean, French, and much more.

I live in the Royal Canyon neighborhood of Glendale and we have some serious homes here, and the entertainment crowd that truly does want to stay below the radar. Our elementary school is Verdugo Woodlands, and it has posted serious state scores (900+).

There is a term called the 900 Club...that's what you want when you're looking at elementary schools.

Hopefully we see a turnaround in LAUSD, but it won't be for at least a decade.
