Technically, your children need to have a primary residence in the school district they attend. I'm not endorsing this, but people have used a family member or friend's address if they are in the desired school district.

What other criteria, (for example price range) are you looking at? Eanes ISD is consistently top-ranked in the area as well as particular areas within Austin that feed Round Rock ISD. There are many excellent choices, but more info would certainly help narrow it down. As an 30 + year resident of Austin, I've lived and gone through schools here - and now have kids doing the same. I'd love to help narrow your search and help you find what you're looking for.

Application fee is $45 per person 18 or over. Security deposit is $1,250 payable at time of application and returned if you're not accepted. Pets are negotiable with a deposit of $350. If you would like to see it, and you're not currently working with a real estate agent, I'd be happy to arrange a showing for you, just give me a call or send me an E-mail.

Hi there,

I live in Circle C and while it is true that the CCRs do not specifically mention the board being able to "fine" for violations, there is a process for filing complaints and the management does respond to those complaints and issues notices of violations. I myself have been frustrated in the past with seemingly slow or no response from the board to my own complaints of violations. I hired my own attorney to review the CCRs and his opinion was the board did have the authority to fine. At the time, the board had a couple of attorneys on the board, whose opinion was fines could not be levied. They were in the process of rewriting the bylaws to allow for fines, but I'm not sure what the status is now. While most of the owners in Circle C do a great job of maintaining their homes and yards, there are some that simply do not care, and unfortunately, those have the potential of bringing the value down for the houses in the immediate least in a regular market...which we are NOT in. If you are a homeowner in Circle C, I would encourage you to try and work with the board. If you are a buyer, I would not let the issue scare you from buying in Circle C. It's still a GREAT place to live and call home. ... more

Pretty sure this is a bogus listing - I couldn't find the property in a search and the street view shows older homes and duplexes.
