I clicked on the link you provided the listing states it's in Yonkers yet the 10804 zip code is in New Rochelle. Online real estate companies are a great way to begin your search, but they have no familiarity with the areas of Westchester county like local agents do. Have you made an appointment with the Principal at New Rochelle High School and had a chance to see from the inside firsthand what the school is like during a day it is up and running? You might be surprised by what you will see and perhaps reconsider seeking to burden yourself with the additional costs you will incur by trying to enroll elsewhere.

After thinking about your question. The New Rochelle School System is very good. You should plan to visit the school and see if it would be a good fit for your daughter.

The best source for accurate information on tuition expense will come from the school itself. Try contacting the main office or referring to the school website.

The best source of this information is the school itself. You might want to consider requesting scholarship or tuition assistance information.
