You need to understand that landlords and owners check credit to ensure you will pay rent on time every month. They cannot discriminate on protected categories (race, gender, religion, family status, etc.) but they CAN discriminate based on financial, credit and criminal information.

Why does your credit suck? Are you employed? Are you paying off your outstanding debts? Do you pay bills on time? Did you have a foreclosure, short sale or judgement? Do you have medical bills due?

Landlords, property managers & owners will accept low credit scores IF the reason is medical bills for some emergency operation for example or for cancer treatments. However, if your low credit scores is because of careless spending or because of a foreclosure or short sale, that will be tougher on the landlord.

2. The buyers the selelr wants aleady know the community and the inherent value.
3. Serious, qualified buyers are working with REALTORS who provide access to the MLS where real home for sales exist and from which verification is required.
4. Seller understands their homes data appearing on aggregate websites like Trulia and Zillow, is no longer under their control.
5. Real buyer who need more information knows who to call.
6. A permate hazard of interior photes living FOREVER on the internet presents a real hazard to the current owner and any future owner.
7. The seller has listed the home using the cheapest method possible
8. Interior pictures will be available when the house is cleared.
9. It really, really spooky inside
10. It is a fake home for sale and the image you see if extracted from previous for sale posting.

I am finally in a rental for $1,050/month and like the area. There are a couple of rental homes across the street and around the area I live in. It is VERY quiet on a cul-de-sac, outside Jacksonville but yet close to everything. It takes me about 30 minutes to get to beaches which are amazing by the way. To answers your questions
1) The Apt Management Company says we have to pay for damages is it true?
The Answer is NO. Pest control is a function of management. Upon written (preferable certified mail) notification, the owner/manager should take steps to correct the problem. If they choose not to fix it, you have the option of going to the magistrate office and asking for a constructive evection (Google Constructive Eviction), bring evidence of infestation, the letter requesting the problem be fixed and an written response for the owner/managers.

2) Could the bugs be coming from another apartment? Absolutely. Bed bugs like and other pest migrate from one apartment to another. If you have never had a problem with bed bug prior to now.. It is more than likely you may have gotten them from an adjoining unit.

3) Paying for Damages? I would assume that the owner/manager is referring to the cost of Pest Control. I would ask for clarification. Bed bugs are no joke and difficult to get rid of. This home is still for rent for $1,377 and for sale for $215,000. It is only 7 miles to the main gate of base and they are building a new highway in town that would make the commute time less, if you'd like to see this home or any others text me or email at chaun128 at yahoo, I am certified to sell bank foreclosures and I can get you the best deal possible.
