If you can't find what you are looking for please send me an e-mail or give me a call, and I'll e-mail blast the agents in our offices to see if they have a client in those areas looking for a tenant.

Best of Luck,

Try offering a pet deposit in addition to your security deposit and that might open up a few more doors - most property owners say "no" to pets. As mentioned to another Trulia question from a someone looking to rent, we manage around 50 properties in the Tri Valley area, so we can keep you in mind if someone gives notice. Trying San Ramon and Blackhawk might be a way to go too. We have one coming on in Blackhawk towards the end of this year, but it is a townhouse. ... more

I would suggest you try the regular rental sites:

http://www.craigslist.com
http://www.apartments.com
http://www.trulia.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.zillow.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.realtor.com (Rentals Section)

Between all of those, you will get a very clear picture if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck!

Hi Barry:

Month to month rentals are few and far between other than the option Steve suggests. Pets make it even tougher. My advice is to look at regular rentals and try to negotiate a 6 month lease. Would probably be no more expensive in the long run.
