Contact some local brokerage offices and ask to speak with the Office Manager or Broker in Charge. Then ask him / her to assign you to a new licensed real estate agent. Agents that just got their license need experience and clients before they move up to buyers and sellers. Most experienced realtors don't work with rentals because their income is too small to be bothered. Working with buyers and sellers is much more lucrative. ... more
