A little more info this time. So you are already in foreclosure. Sounds like you're going through a very hard time. Sorry for you. Be careful giving the bank any money at this point. Make sure you communicate with them ASAP. Even if you send them the money they may continue to foreclose anyway. You should probably consider using that money to go and try to rent somewhere else. If you can't afford the payments then you are just postponing the enevitable. I'm never an advocate of foreclosure, it's horrible, but sometimes you just need to move on. See about contacting a consumer advocate for foreclosure prevention, like Operation Hope. See link below. They have trained councelors that can look at your situation and give you free advise. They will even get on the phone with you in a conference call while youo talk to the mortgage co. But don't send them a dime until you talk to them. Sean is correct ask for what you want and then decide what home is right for your family. You can search all current MLS listings at my website www.koziel.com and then click on the MLS Homes Search button.
