Dear feygingalina:

You have to be a licensed real estate agent to submit a searchable listing on Trulia. If you are not a licensed agent, the best you can do is write a blog about your home being for sale, but that does not show up when a consumer is searching on Trulia for homes.

If you want you can contact me direct and I can put it on Trulia for you. Give me a quick call and we can discuss it further.

Sincerely,
Mitchell S. Feldman

Dear Lou:

This house was not on the market. What you are looking at is simply the public record of the property. All properties in Brooklyn have a public record and there are several web sites including Trulia that show consumers information from those public records.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Brooklyn, or if you have more questions regarding this or any other property, feel free to contact me direct any time. I would be happy to assist.

Sincerely,
Mitchell S. Feldman

Dear moscowgirl15:

That house actually has a shared driveway. The two neighboring homes share the common dirvweway in the middle. Both use that driveway to access the parking/garage in the rear of the lot by the backyards. Neither party can actually park in the driveway itself because this would impede on the neighbors ability to pull their car into their own rear parking/ garage.

If I can be of further assistance, please contact me direct.

Sincerely,
Mitchell S. Feldman

NYC has seriously given their websites many updates and are really user friendly. Please give them a look!

Official parking rules and regulations in NYC:

They have calendars, all sorts of rules and just so much content in general. Please check it out!

You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Best,
Ali

Dear mapearlb:

Some basement apartments are legal and some are not. The only way to find out would be to examine the public records and see the public documents and facts that are on file with the city. In the end, there is no gray area, a house is either a legal one family or a legal 2 or multi family. If the property is not a legal 2 family then we know for sure you cannot rent out the basement as an apartment.

If you want to discuss this further, please contact me direct. Good luck!

Dear worldequine:

In that zip code a one bedroom co-op apartment would typically rent for at least $1,000 per month depending on the exact square footage. My office is located right off Nostrand Avenue on Avenue R. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know. Good luck!

To be clear this is a rental unit. The rent is $1,700, it is on the 3rd floor of a 4-story walk-up building with 25 units, heat and hot water are included, you will pay for electricity and gas and whatever telephone/video service you want.
