This is a rental scam - the second one associated to this property. I was the listing agent and sold the home in August. For a few days until Trulia, HotPads and Caraigslist finally took down the ads at my request, people were coming to the house knocking on the door bothering the seller or calling me even when there was a "For Sale" sign in the front yard.

There are lots of scamsters out there trying to advertise a nice home for low rent and create traffic and stress among possible renters. They want potential renters to wire a downpayment to "reserve" the home for them. It's hard to believe that people fall for it, but they do in their desperation to find a great home for an unbelievably low price.

If it sounds too good to be true and it's on Trulia, Craigslist or HotPads - it really is too good to be true.
It's best to find a local, reputable Realtor (like me!) or a local property management company to help find you a good rental.

Per MLS, the HOA (home owners association) fees include the following:
Common Area Maintenance, Exterior (Landscaping), Exterior Bldg Maintenance, Limited Insurance, Trash Pickup, Water.

I have seen 63% (owner occupancy) on other Westview listings, but until the HOA returns the condo questionaire that is just an estimation.

However, nothing is certain until we receive the documentation from the HOA. I hope this helps. Are you already working with a Realtor? As you can see, you have 3 very good and capable options answering your questions. Don't hesitate to hire us
