Hi JB

The city has a list of surveyors. But their might be a copy of the certified plot plan on file and then you can use the same surveyor to stake the property this will save you some money.

Also this site mentioned below might answer your questions.
If I can be of further help please let me know. If my answer was helpful please give me a thumbs up or best answer.
Thanks

Relatively speaking, that property was not on the market for very long. Especially when you consider the price. Are you interested in researching other properties of this type?

Kristy,

The best way to know about foreclosed property's availability is to work with an agent familiar with the inventory in your market area.

Once a home is foreclosed, the lender/owner usually lists it with a Realtor, just like any other house. The process of purchasing a foreclosed property is NOT just like dealing with another house. If you want to know what to expect, you need a Realtor to walk you through the process.

Hello,

As you have been told, this home is not, at this time, on the market but it is acording to the public record, a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single family home. It is on, almost, a quarter of an acre of land and it's assessment for 2010 is $345,500.
If you were looking for a house in a different town, with the same street address and would like some help, please, feel free to give me a call.

Zenaide, this home has an accepted offer on it. It is still being shown for back-up offers as it is awaiting bank approval as a short sale. You certainly can see it, but your offer wouldn't be considered until the other offer was rejected by the bank. Please advise as I'd be happy to show it to you for back-up. ... more

Roland Spadafora answered:
The unit is under agreement. It was not a foreclosure or short sale, but it is an estate (subject to license to sell). The condo fee was $381, there is laundry, no garage. The complex is Place Lane, and units do come up for sale from time to time. I'm an agent in Woburn and would be happy to work with you to find something if you're interested. Good luck! ... more

Territory.com answered:
Be very careful when searching realty trac listings on trulia (or on their site) because most of those listings are deceptive in that they are actually in pre-foreclosure not actually foreclosed properties back on the market for sale. This means it could take months before the property you are inquiring about is back on the market for sale.

Here is everything actively for sale in Woburn:

Deb Nicholls answered:
Hi Joanne,

I think the problem might be with your source (MLSHomeFinder.com) which doesn't give out the address. MLSHomeFinder is feeding Trulia, so check to see if you are enabling addresses.

Hope this helps,

Deb

You could also look the property up on the Massachusetts Division of Land Records database. That will contain any recent For Sale By Owner transfers, filed liens etc.
