Porcupine Road is one of Windham's new neighborhoods, and there are several homes for sale at various stages of completion. Here is a link to show what is currently available:

Taxes on any of these properties won't be determined by the town of Windham until closing day, when it will be assessed by the town. The closest guess would be based on Windham's 2008 property tax rate of $18 per thousand and a sale price of 399,900 to be an approximate tax of $7200. This is only a guess, and depending on upgrades, landscaping, etc. the town will most likely assess the property significantly higher. Also keep in mind that tax rates are generally set in October of any given year, and the first tax bill of the year is figured on the prior year's tax rate

FYI, as the listing agent for this, and many other new construction properties in the area, remember that Paul is representing the SELLER of the property and not the Buyer. If you aren't currently working with a buyer's agent, I urge you to consider the benefits of having somebody on your side of the table.
