I would have it removed immediately. Tanks decay and leak and can cause a much larger problem if left unchecked. Consult with the appropriate professional to get it removed.

One of the problems with sites on the Net that only sell ads or just collect email addresses to resell, is that the info on their pages is often meant to cause you to provide an email address and name or phone number for them to sell.
Getting the info removed is not easy sometimes.

I'd spread the word to use actual real estate professionals' sites rather than ones where the correctness of the data is not as important as gathering and selling your name and email to the highest bidders.

I just went throught this process and added a garage space. The town is very helpful and will give you guidance. Depending on where you live in Wellesely and the zone will dictate what you will be able to do. Go talk with the building dept in the lower level and they can definitely help you.

If you have any other questions and need some help with resources let me know ie: architect, instrument survey company, etc. Chris
