No matter what you do you won't be matching either neighbor. Unless you really like one of the options that a neighbor of yours has, I would suggest going with something else entirely. That way it won't seem like your trying to intentionally alienate either of your neighbors. I've always had a soft spot for simple chain link when it comes to fences myself, that might be a good idea for you.

Kevin Monette answered:
Samuel,
There are two homes for sale in the WITCHDUCK LAKE subdivision right now. I know the area very well and it is such a fun community. There is a huge lake to paddleboard and fish in. A community pool right on the lake and close to everything.
There is another community on the other side of the lake, which has no condo fees, and the views are to die for.

David Phillips answered:
The Condo fees are 315 a month, This one is under contract, but there is a new listing in the same complex that just got listed at $267,000. The condo fee includes water, sewer, ground maintenance, and the master insurance policy. There is no pool or tennis courts in this complex. The proximity to the bay and oceanfront is approximately 4 miles.

It looks like the condo price at $267,000 is still available on the MLS. Give me a call if you would like me to check on the availability or if I can be of assistance in your home search. My office is around the corner from this property on Great Neck Rd near Virginia Beach, Blvd.

Jonathan O'Connor answered:
Currently there are no rental listings in the MLS for a JUNE move-in date.

You can expect to see things between vacant and available in April.

No landlord would be willing to hold a vacant property for you until June because you would be guaranteeing them losing 4+ months of rent.

Are you here locally, or will you be visiting?

Will you be looking at any other properties?

I can assist you in finding a rental. No charge.
I can show you ANY broker’s listing, not just William E Wood’s listings.

The listing broker will pay me a finder’s fee to help you rent their property. You pay nothing.

I will set you up with an automated search in the MLS search engine.

In short, what will take you 3 weeks of work while ripping your hair out setting up showings one by one on your own I can help you knock out in one or two afternoons.

I need to know:
Your name and phone number.
Max rent
Minimum BR
Min BA
Geographic area you want to search.
Do you absolutely need a garage?
Do you need it to be pet friendly?
What is the last day do or die you MUST be in?
What is the fastest you can rent?

You no longer have to look at any other websites because you are getting a direct feed from the MLS designed to match your requirements. Many of the websites you are using (homes.com being the worst offender) will have stale listings on the having been rented as much as 6 months ago.

My search results, I’ll be setting up for you through the MLS, are updated as fast as is humanly possible.

Let me know how I may assist you.

Thank you,
Jonathan O’Connor
