No matter what you do you won't be matching either neighbor. Unless you really like one of the options that a neighbor of yours has, I would suggest going with something else entirely. That way it won't seem like your trying to intentionally alienate either of your neighbors. I've always had a soft spot for simple chain link when it comes to fences myself, that might be a good idea for you.

There are two homes for sale in the WITCHDUCK LAKE subdivision right now. I know the area very well and it is such a fun community. There is a huge lake to paddleboard and fish in. A community pool right on the lake and close to everything.
There is another community on the other side of the lake, which has no condo fees, and the views are to die for.

The Condo fees are 315 a month, This one is under contract, but there is a new listing in the same complex that just got listed at $267,000. The condo fee includes water,sewer,ground maintenance, and the master insurance policy. There is no pool or tennis courts in this complex. The proximity to the bay and oceanfront is approximately 4 miles.

Currently there are no rental listings in the MLS for a JUNE move-in date.

You can expect to see things between vacant and available in April.

No landlord would be willing to hold a vacant property for you until June because you would be guaranteeing them losing 4+ months of rent.
