Hello B. You might possibly be able to remove them from Trulia, Zillow, etc.but as you may or may not know, these listings are sometimes archived on third party websites...HUNDREDS of them.

Also, those 'old' pictures are still on our local Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) on the 'Closed' listing for your property and as far as I know, they stay up for several years. Of course, that info is accessible by real estate agents, appraisers and anyone searching on an IDX-fed website.

A good rule of thumb is that any picture, video, blog, story, article, etc. that is published on the web is likely to stay around (on the web) in some form or another for years if not forever on a remote server(s) in another country.

Effectively, there's not really a way to completely remove them from the 'web' but you might at least be able to remove them from a few major sites. At that point, it would really take someone digging through pages and pages of Google results to find the old pictures which isn't likely to happen.

I would contact the selling agent and then Trulia, in that order, and see what they can do.

Pictures typically try to highlight the best features of a home. It does appear that only one bathroom is pictured in all the shots and only the garage door opener warranted a photo. Since the home is unfurnished, it's hard to tell one room from another unless the Agent elects to put descriptions with the photos. It appears that this home has not had upgrades in the kitchen, but the shutters are a nice feature.

Gladys, the home you are referring to is a "Chandler" model and is not a split bedroom floorplan.

we have an incompetent board of directors that do absolutely nothing, we have a roof that needs to be repaired and it has taken them six months to get bids, now they want a different contract and our regular contract that has been used for many years and is legal. The town hall has not had the floors clean and waxed for over four years, the treasurer does not know what he is doing and has made a mess of the book and has no budget, they needed the secretaries position filled until the end of the year and told man the man that took the position he did not have to do anything, the minutes would be taped and the secretary in the office would take care of his job.

We have had the same president for two terms and does absolutely nothing. We have a third vice president in charge of our landscaping that cannot make a decision and does not comprehend anything you try to explain to him.

Here is the kicker we have 1156 homes and no management. So tell me how we get rid of this incompetent board of directors and have it turned over to receiver ship????

Most of the singel family homes in Sun City West do not have grass. With this being a retirement area, most people want to go out and play and not have to do yard work. If grass is something that you would like to have, you can plant grass or we have duplexes that have grass and the yards are maintained by the assoication that governs the units. The community is known as "Sun City West". The property you are inquiring about has been sold and is in escrow. It was a "Safford" model (1669) sq. ft. 2 b/r 1 3/4 ba.We do have recreation center fees here in the amount of $370.00 per year per person on deed. That entitles you to use all of our facilities There are over 100 clubs you can join depending on your interests for a small annual fee also. Please feel free to email me at for further information.

I would start by contacting the city and speaking with their planing and zoning department. They should be able to tell you what the setbacks are (how far from the edge of the property can a building occupy) and the lot coverage (how much of the lot can be covered by a building). I would also check with the Homeowner's Association if there is one as they usually require approval for any improvements that alter the exterior of the home. ... more

My advise to you is to get a Realtor who knows the community and the surrounding area. I have lived here in Arizona since 1974. Sun City West is a great community. You can google the Recreation Centers of Sun City West to view all the amentities of this fabulous community.

We certainly have other property in Sun City West, Arizona. THIS IS "Arizona's Premier Retirement Resort Community."

As has been pointed out, the high bid at, may or may not be ultimately accepted and the transaction close. We won't know for about 30 days if it closes.
Why not:
a) The bank seller can reject the bid as being inadequate
b) The bid did not exceed the reserve set by the seller.
c) The Buyer does not perform (pay).

I help buyer use In my experience making an offer at least 5 days before the auction gives you the best chance of making the purchase. We have the time to go look at the house and determine its value to you. Then we make an offer to in advance of the action date. They take it to the seller for approval. If you need a loan, that can be done in an orderly fashion giving everyone time to do it right.

The important thing to take away from this discussion is you may get a reduced price, but in most likelihood you won't get a steal because the sellers are in control and have final sell price approval after the auction ends. Technically this is not an action in the normal sense,but a creative way to generate buyer interest and buyer auction frenzy, but can result in some good deals if done right.

Hi Marjorie--From what I can determine the home was sold at a Trustees Sale 10/30/09. The marketing name was AVONDALE. It appeared to be a beautiful home from the pictures in MLS. I can give you more information regarding the final pricing.
