So sorry for the late reply but I was out of town until today. I live within one block of these townhomes and I can verify that there was no flood damage close to these buildings. If you have any further questions, or would like to see this property. I am happy to take you. Just email or call me at your convenience. ... more

Basements are generally a third of the total sq footage of a 2 story home as a rule of thumb. If a home is 3000 sq ft it is 1000 sq foot of additional space. Obviously with a 3000sq ft ranch it would be 1500 sq ft. This is is just rule of thumb and is only if the basement is under the whole house. ... more

I have followed the link that you have provided however it does not contain even the aerial photo. I can determine which Bellvue estate is under foreclosure by the tax information provided by my MLS. Please contact me ASAP for more information regarding homes in Rumson in pre-forclosure or forclosure. There are deals to be found.

Margaret Sheary answered:
Meridth, that property may not actually be for sale as pre-foreclosure just means the owner is behind in payments. If it has been approved for a short sale then you would submit an offer through a real estate agent. You will be negotiating with the bank not the owner and the bank will determine whether or not your offer is sufficient to cover their needs. It is a very lengthy process so if you need to be in a new home by a particular time then purchasing a short sale property is probably not the way to go. If you're looking for a home in that area then best to contact a real estate agent, my office is in town. If you are looking for homes that have aleady been approved for short sale, an agent can help you with that also. Good Luck ... more

William Troy answered:
Hi Brian,

The MLS uses a website called realist for tax information, that is where the previous realtors got their information from. I have noticed that realist has been slightly off lately on a few of my most recent deals, so rely on the monmouth county tax assessor's office. Their website shows $9,188.45 for the most recent records. If you have any questions or if you would like to see this property or any other property, please call or email me. Thank you and good luck in your search!

Hi Perry

Looks like Elementary School is Navesink, Middle school is Bayshore and High School is Middletown South.
I am not sure where you got Rumson-Fairhaven from.

This is a beautiful section of Middletown.

If you should need assistance with this home or any other in Monmouth County, please feel free to reach out to me.

Happy Home Searching
