This property is a short sale which means you need bank approval to sell the property. Also this property has not been foreclosed on yet which means the bank hasn't actually agreed to sell the property at a loss and that means it could take a long time for paper work to go through. It also appears there is more than one bank involved which could mean extra red tape. That said, the fact that you are a cash buyer may help move things along however set your expectations low when considering short sales.

Be aware of inaccuracies in some previous posts. Best bet is to go direct to listing website. There are no sewers. Condos are servided by several septic systems, hot water costs not included, no security system, moorings extra charge and none available at the moment, sorage for kayaks or canoes is available. ... more
