You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Both are eligible for USDA financing. They are both in pretty much the same area but will have different floorplans and features in their homes. DR Horton has been in the news recently for their position and contracts addressing minerals rights to the land in several of their communities. If that is important to you that could be a deciding factor. When working with an experienced buyers agent they can advise you with those type of issues and answer more questions more specifically for you.

There is a market but it would depend on what you paid for the home and what you had to do and paid to fix it up.

I have heard great things about this community. I know the onsite agent if you would like me to gather any specific information about the neighborhood. Knightdale has been growing for the past 10 years and is seeing lots of recent development with the commercial growth at 540 and 64.

Here is a link to their website:

If you are not working with a buyers agent and would like more information please feel free to contact me though Trulia.
