for which the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company would be exempt hereunder.

This home is not for sale. Why would you not want the services of a knowledgeable, experienced professional agent to help you with your home purchase? A good buyer's agent will know the area, the homes for sale, all the laws concerning buying/selling and they generally only get paid when you close and are paid by the listing agent.... more
This home’s listing agent can tell you more about this place that I can (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). You can email the agent from listing page using the orange “Contact Agent†button to the right of the home photos.
Or, you can look for other local agents on Trulia here: http://www.trulia.com/voices/directory/
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

I just checked the MLS and this property has a contract on it to purchase and it has been marked PENDING. It has a June 12, 2009 closing date. However, if the buyers cannot get lending it may be back on market soon. It is a foreclosure and has special guidelines buyers must follow. "As-Is, Where-Is" is the greatest one. Most lenders have already lost money on these and don't want to spend any more on it. Cash offers get more attention as there are no lending issues. I'll leave a link so you can check on it from time to time. Should the link fail, go to http;//www.cbbh.com and click on Property Search, type in the street address of the home in the proper field and it should also take you to this listing. Thank you, Barry DeMark Walker, Coldwell Banker Boyd & Hassell, Inc, REALTORS... more
According to our MLS it was taken off the market on 8/15/2007. Sometimes listings that end up on this site get picked up from sources that are out of date. If you are looking for something else in that area I would be happy to help you.... more
