It does not appear like horses are allowed in the subdivision. Hampshire has tons of stables where you can stable your horse but unfortantely this property is not one of them. There are other properties that will allow horses. Feel free to contact any of the agents in the area. I have several horse properties in the Oswego/Yorkville area that allow horses if you are not tied down to a specific area. Will be glad to send you a list for the area you are most interested in at your pre-approved price. ... more

WOW, First I thought you were kooky asking for address, i looked and this is a problem with trulia!!! Nothing in MRED, our MLS, however, trulia does allow NOD homes, homes that are not for sale on market, but just recorded as missing a payment. They are allowed to be showcased by realtytrac.and auction prices are shown when the same house is listed for sale at higher than starting bid price. i started a blog to complain about trulia letting the consuming public see auction starting bids as an asking price and i get people saying they want to see a house for 75k that is listed for 179k and the listing agent said the auction price is no where near where the bank will sell the house. Just a scam to get buyers to register with or realtytrac and then they can refer that buyer to ab agent. Whew, I'll get off my stump. ... more

Hi Bob,

They may have the wrong pin number listed or their realtor has done a bad job adding photos under the wrong listing. If you have an address, let me know I'll try to help.
