This home’s listing agent can tell you more about this place that I can (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). You can email the agent from listing page using the orange “Contact Agent” button to the right of the home photos.

Or, you can look for other local agents on Trulia here: http://www.trulia.com/voices/directory/

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

74 kingsboro avenue is a really nice neighborhood. Boulevard elementary school is excellent. The high school has an excellent AP/college credit program. I just spoke to a teacher there and she lives in Johnstown and is thinking of bringing her son to Gloversville high school when he is old enough. This teacher told me students can earn enough college credits in high school, that they are able to enter college as sophmores. That sounded rather impressive to me. ... more

Alex Bendayan answered:
The reason for all foreclosures is lack of repayment of the loan secured by the property. Why borrowers stop paying and causing the lender's reaction could be due to a variety of reasons, the most common in the past few years was the market value drop on most properties made possible to rent a property for much less than the amount of a mortgage payment for a similar property. Buyers of properties during the years 2004 and 2008 were also affected by the overall economy, lost their source of income and basically could not afford to continue making mortgage payments. ... more

Generally most owners would rather sell outright, rather than rent to own; therefore why not consider working with an agent of your own, he/she can best guide you; provide you with suitable listings, keep you updated as new listings emerge, provide necessary information, schedule showings, etc. ... more

Hi Liz,
You won't know unless you put forth an offer! Many properties are selling for less than the list price. I work as buyers agent and do put in offers lower than the asking price. As buyers agent I can help you shop for the best financing too! as Buyers Agent, I work for you the buyer, not the seller like most agents around here do. I don't do the dual/designated agency either, that's where you give up rights to loyalty! Have you been inside this house? do you have your pre approval in hand? If you need help, please let me know.
