You will have better luck if you contact Trulia's customer support directly vs posting the issue in the public question and answer area. These are questions/answers that are seen by other real estate agents, consumers and real estate related contractors. Trulia does not see these questions in general. They are usually very good about responding to issues like this when you contact them directly through their support links.

This is being offered as a rental by owner, you should contact the owners directly. Here is the link to the property listing on Rental.com http://www.rentals.com/Georgia/Cumming/r1528615/
which has a phone number to contact the owners. You can also send the owners an email via the Trulia listing, since it is not an MLS listing there is not much any of us real estate agents or REALTORS can answer for you we do not have the information you are asking about. Sorry that no one except the owners can help you. Also beware of rental listings, there are scammers out there that put ads out that look legit, and make everything seem great only that convince you to send them money and then they are gone and you are out money. When you do find a rental you want to live in, make sure you have your attorney review the lease and that it protects you. Sometimes wording can be twisted and the tenant could end up losing money. So there you have it, a professional REALTOR answered your question. Best of luck, but if you want my professional opinion, contact a REALTOR to show you properties, they will all be legit and there will be no questions of the rental being legit.
