If you are looking in Fort Myers, you will like the McGregor Blvd area, or South Fort Myers. They both have parks, sidewalks, shops and restaurants close by, and both are safe areas. The area down near Alico Road and Corkscrew Road have a lot of new gated communities, and plenty of outlet malls, medical buildings, parks, day cares, and great schools.

If you need help finding a home, I'll be happy to help. I am a native of SW Florida, with 17 years of experience all right here in this area. As a Buyer's Agent, the seller compensates us, so I can help you with no costs to you. We have first time home buyer programs, and down payment assistance if needed.

I hope you enjoy our area, and good luck with your new job.

Hello Dquenzella, you should be able to click the rent button and then choose cities, price points, number of bedrooms, baths, etc. Also agents can set you up for automatic daily emails to fit your search criteria. ... more

Hello Shanea, you did not mention the number of bedrooms, baths or the maximum payment you are looking to afford. The decision will be by each rental management company or owner/landlord so you will have to call and inquire. You may have to put additional deposit to secure a rental.

You may qualify to buy as well. Is it showing up on your reports as a judgement? You may consider FHA 3.5% down from a minimum 580 fico score. You may consider down payment assistance programs from a minimum 640 fico score which can also cover your closing costs.

The rentals in Rancho Cucamonga start from $1,175 for 1bd 1ba apt, from $1,550 for 2bd 2ba condo and the single family homes start from $1,700 for 2bd 1ba home.

The purchase in Rancho Cucamonga start from 189k for 1bd 1ba condo, from 224k for 2bd 1ba condo and the single family homes start from 305k for 3bd 2ba home.

The rental inventory has some available for immediate occupancy while the purchase would take 30-45 days to fund the loan and move in. Your credit scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.

You should study RENT vs BUY listings to compare payments.

Check out rentals in St. Cloud. Should be close enough and your dogs are less likely to be a problem there.
