Are you wanting to list your home for sale?? If so you can contact a local REALTOR. Make sure his/her MLS system syndicates to this site. If you're wanting to try and sell FSBO (for sale by owner), you can't list it here. You can list it on Zillow, and it will show up here eventually. If you're just wanting to update the home info just because....then WHY? Most people want to remove photos for security & privacy reasons. Besides...if it's not for sale then nobody is looking at your home, or cares about the estimated value. (except you). PLUS...the estimated values are completely inaccurate and unreliable. ... more

Unfortunately that is not unusual. Mobil homes, ie trailers only depreciate, like a car. You will need to find a specialized lender or perhaps the seller will act as the bank and let you make payments to them, assuming they own the trailer and land without a mortgage. Check with the agent that has this trailer for sale. ( the Welsh Group) Perhaps they know who will handle a mortgage on this property/trailer or find out who the current mortgage holder/lender is and see if they will help. That said, it is typically not a good investment. Also check the utility costs. They can be expensive to heat. The good news is at the end of the day, you will own the land it is sitting on. Just make sure you look into the cost of removing, demolishing or rebuilding. That is the bottom line for most lenders is that the mobile homes will not last like a typical home and will not outlast the mortgage. The bank will end up with collateral that is not worth much if anything. Good Luck ... more

Roberts answer is very good as it takes actual sales figures over the last year to generate a very educated valuation, However I also agree that a land value will be in line with it's "best use", location, etc. If the average is what you are looking for, then the average is 5,614.13 at 13 acres, However... If you want to know exactly what your land is worth... Please contact me and I would love to walk the property and see exactly the location and what it could be used for!

Traditional Builders developed and built the homes in Chapel Hill. We built with Traditional 11 years ago in a different neighborhood and we are quite happy with it. Many items that were an "upgrade" for us 11 years ago are now included in the base price of the home (wished I knew then, what I know now!!!).
