Hi Leah,

As a word of caution, you will not only want to make sure it is within the boundary, but that there are openings (just because a school is within a boundary does not guarantee that your child will be able to attend the school). Your best bet is to call the school directly to confirm. By the way, my niece goes to Oak Valley and absolutely loves it!

Best of luck!

That seems about right, the place you are looking at needs a little work. if you want to find the value of a home there is a great website that is more accurate than Zillow. I'll put a link to it in the web reference below.

Hi Brent,

First of all, the address is an office building in Rancho Bernardo. We happen to be land and new construction experts and what is being offered at the price of $359,000 is not possible in Rancho Bernardo. We Googled the company and what they are offering is in Lancaster, CA which is in the Antelope Valley way north of Los Angeles.

If you are interested in something like this in San Diego, we would be glad to help. Please know to expect a minimum finished cost of $600,000 to $650,000 for a 2,100 SF home.

Best of luck,

Thanks Chad. I was considering buying a home in Vista Del Lago but didn't know if this would impact the noise level or traffic in that gated community and it would lose value.
