Properties are selling in just a few days again (remember 2005, anyone?), and there seem to be more and more buyers ready to get into something before prices increase. The nearest train is the MARC train at Charles Town WV to DC ~ 2 hrs each way, lots of folks do the trip daily. From Winc to train ~30 mins. Perhaps you want to look in Charles Town or Shepherdstown where the $$ is cheaper. Point of Rocks MD is another location with train access and it's on the Potomac River, nice.
