The inventory does increase in the Spring, after the "snowbirds" finish out what they may be considering their final season here. Often times, it is just a personal reason for health or ability that they have to give up their seasonal home.

That being said, many of these homes are on the market now, as the sellers want to take care of the transaction while they are here.
