Average market time for Pensacola is dropping. While it was 150 days in 2012, I am happy to say that today it is less than 100 days according to PAR. Homes are selling faster, and more homes are selling: 17% more than last year.

This home is approximately 1.25 mi from elem; 1.5 mi from middle; and 3.5 mi from high schools as listed on the MLS.

I would be happy to help you with your home purchase. There is a note the MLS on this home, "Home has aluminum wiring." This mainly means that you may have to search to find an insurance agency write a policy. There are various opinions about aluminum wiring, but most electricians will tell you there is no problem. Yet, insurance companies and owner nightmares are hard to ignore. ... more

Amanda Lynch answered:

The study that determined the water in Escambia county to be the worst in the US had major flaws and caught a lot of criticism.

You can educate yourself here:

As for your question, the answer is no. I've never had a buyer voice concerns over water quality after doing a little personal research and not blindly believing a highly skewed method of water quality testing and reporting, as published by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) back in 2009 which I believe is probably where your concerns stem from. Long story short, Emerald Coast Utilities Authority tests for more contaminants and impurities than most other water treatment facilities, more than is actually required, which was used to prove that we have more... simply not the case.

If I can answer any additional questions, please let me know!
