Right now there are eight for sale in Galt Towers ranging in price for $249k al the way to $449k depending on size, finished, and view. The monthly fees also range depending on the unit you own and start at around $400. One great advantage to this building is they have a staff who will make small repairs in your unit for small fees which can be very convenient. The building is secure and boutique with only 15 stories.

This unit appears to be off the market at the moment. However if you give your Fort Lauderdale real estate agent an idea of what you have in mind that agent may be able to help you find the home in Fort Lauderdale you are looking for.

Yes, We are still in a sellers market. And I don't see that changing as long as we have more buyers than we have sellers. But of course the degree of the sellers market depends on the price points to. Obviously there are less buyers in the market for a million dollar home than a home in the $200,00 to 500,00 range.

Palm Beach State College is close but not as close as Broward College. I went to both colleges and Palm Beach State is a little bit better than Broward College.

If you are looking for a condo close to Nova Southeastern University, there are many available. Most of the prices will run higher than $50,000. Keep in mind that many of the lower priced condos will require at least one occupant of the condo to be over the age of 55.

If I can be of further service please contact me directly.

In addition to, you are likely to find accurate and currently available listings on the website belonging to your Fort Lauderdale real estate agent.

Homes in Fort Lauderdale that are listed for auction and REO homes in Fort Lauderdale are subject to bid. In the case of a live auction, you will hear the bids. In the case of an REO, you will not hear the bids because they are submitted via email by each potential buyer.

Typically, in the case of REOs in Fort Lauderdale, the bidding begins at the listed price. If you are truly serious about purchasing a townhouse in Fort Lauderdale, call your real estate agent in Fort Lauderdale and tell you agent what you are looking for.

Your realtor will send you a list of currently available homes that give you what you are looking for and whose listing prices are accurate. Your agent will also be able to give you an idea of what your monthly expenses will be.

You have your answer below. However, because those hospitals are closer to the house you have selected at 1520 NE 2nd AV, it doesn't necessarily mean you will end up there in case of emergencies. It will all depend on where you (or your loved ones) are when an emergency occurs. The EMS always haul emergency patients to the nearest hospital. Secondly, if you have a local doctor who refers you to a specialist and that specialist is out west, or north or in Deerfield, or south, and that specialist says you need surgery, that specialist will check you in the hospital nearest to his/her office. So, it really doesn't matter that much where hospitals are unless you never wander very far away from your home.

Broward General hospital used to be sloppy back in the 70ies through the mid 90ies but they have turned themselves around 180 degrees, rebuilt themselves by adding one of the best cardiac and trauma center in the US. Now, they have an outstanding reputation. I have friends who have been treated there in the past 10 years and they were extremely pleased by the care they received. Holy Cross has been the most revered and respected in the 23 years I have been living in Ft Lauderdale. Imperial Point Hospital is also well regarded. Here is a link of all Broward County Hospitals:

I hope that helps you.

According to me the HOA fees for this property should be around $400 and generally the fees are decided or taken as per the area and location of a property.

John Bourassa answered:

The link on the property shown under your statement or question belongs to Coral Ridge Tower North which is a Co-op by the Galt Ocean Mile. Only people 55 yo and older can buy there, they must only pay cash and can NEVER rent or lease it out.

However, your statement mentions Bayshore Drive which is on Central beach south of Sunrise Boulevard. You need to be more specific as to which property you are referring to. There are a few 1 bedroom-1 bath condos and co-ops for sale in that area.

I can't help you if you don't call me ;-)
